President Trump to Hold Rally in Wasilla for Dan Sullivan on October 13

On October 8, 2026, President Donald Trump announced a rally in Wasilla scheduled for October 13 at 3:30 PM, aimed at supporting US Senator Dan S. Sullivan in his campaign for reelection. The event will take place at the Menard Sports Center, which can accommodate up to 3,500 attendees, and doors will open at noon. Weather forecasts suggest mild conditions, with temperatures ranging from the high 30s to low 40s.

This visit follows Vice President JD Vance’s recent rally in Fairbanks on October 6, where he encouraged attendees to support Sullivan. The race is viewed as critical, with Sullivan facing former Representative Mary Peltola in a highly competitive Senate contest. The Cook Political Report has classified the race as a toss-up, underscoring the stakes for the upcoming elections.
